Question 1

What is the service life of your greenhouses?

Accepted Answer

The hot-dip galvanized steel frame is designed for a 15-20 year service life in normal agricultural environments, with a double-sided zinc coating of 200-275 g/m². Film covers are replaced every 3-5 years, while glass and PC panels carry their own manufacturer warranties.

Question 2

How long does it take to install a commercial greenhouse?

Accepted Answer

A standard multi-span greenhouse is typically erected in 2-4 weeks on site, depending on span width, bay count and site conditions. We supply a detailed installation manual and structural drawings, and our engineers provide remote guidance throughout assembly.

Question 3

Can you customize greenhouse specifications for my farm?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We customize span width, bay length, gutter height, covering material (film, PC sheet or glass) and ventilation configuration. Share your crop type, local climate and growing area, and our engineers will size the structure to match.

Question 4

What is your warranty policy for greenhouses?

Accepted Answer

The hot-dip galvanized steel frame carries a 10-year structural warranty covering structural safety, plus a 5-year warranty against corrosion perforation. It is designed for a 15-20 year service life. Film covers carry a 3-5 year UV warranty depending on grade.

Question 5

How do I choose between film, glass and PC greenhouses?

Accepted Answer

Film suits low-cost tunnels on 3-5 year replacement cycles. Glass delivers the highest light transmission and the longest lifespan, at the highest cost. PC sheet insulates better than film and suits cold or high-humidity climates. The right choice depends on climate, crop and budget.

Question 6

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Accepted Answer

Ziyang Bozong Greenhouse Industry Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer based in Ziyang, Sichuan, China. We produce the hot-dip galvanized steel frame in-house, cutting and drilling to drawing, and supply covering materials, ventilation, cooling and irrigation systems as one coordinated package.

Question 7

What information do you need to prepare a quotation?

Accepted Answer

Send your growing area, span and length, crop type and local climate. If you already have a layout drawing, that is enough to start. Our engineers then return a quotation with a structure drawing and a bill of materials.
