A kit is only useful if the options are real. This one is quoted with four cover choices, manual or automatic vents, pad and fan cooling, drip irrigation and three shade cloths, on a frame of 32 to 60 mm hot galvanized pipe. It comes in three grades, and the drawing is made to the order rather than picked off a shelf, which is what makes a six metre house and a ten metre house the same conversation. The options list is short enough to read in one sitting and long enough to matter.
Most tunnel kits are one product with one price. This one is a frame with a menu: four covers, two vent drives, three shade cloths, two irrigation layouts and five hydroponic systems, priced separately so a grower can buy the house now and the rest later. That is the difference between a kit and a catalogue page. It sits in the tunnel greenhouse range on this site.
The frame takes poly film, insect net, shade net or polycarbonate sheet. Film is the usual cover for a vegetable house; net is for a house that is a screen rather than a roof; shade cloth is for summer; PC sheet is for the cold end of the market. Because the same arch carries all four, a house can change covering without changing structure.

The frame is hot galvanized steel pipe in 32, 40, 48 or 60 mm, with cross bracing in the end walls. The pipe size follows the span and the snow load, not the price. On a ten metre house the difference between 48 and 60 mm is not cosmetic, and it is the line to look at on a quotation before the cover grade.

The cooling package is a wet pad wall with an exhaust fan at the opposite end and circulation fans down the ridge. It is the standard arrangement at commercial scale because it is simple and costs little to run relative to air conditioning. Shade cloth comes in black, heat reflecting white or aluminium, and the choice is about how much heat you want reflected rather than absorbed.
Irrigation is quoted as drip line or arrow drip. On a vegetable house with beds, arrow drip is usually chosen because each plant gets an emitter; on a hydroponic gutter it is drip line into the channel. Both are specified with the house so the head and the filter are sized once.

Five systems are offered on this frame: vertical columns, NFT channels, fodder trays, A-frame gutters and single gutters. They share the same house, which matters if a grower wants to trial one bay of lettuce before committing the rest. The house is the constant; the growing system is the variable.
Trade coverage of protected cropping and horticultural supply is published by HortiContact and Agriwatch.

Houses are offered in high, medium and low specification. The difference is pipe wall, zinc weight, fitting quality and the vent drive, not the shape. Since there are no fixed dimensions, the drawing is made to the order: span, length, vent layout and the options chosen all end up on the same sheet.
A smaller kit with a complete set of parts is described on the seeding and strawberry kit page, and a heavier coated hoop kit with side vents on the 275 g zinc coat hoop house kit page.

Ziyang Bozong Greenhouse Industry Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer based in Ziyang, Sichuan, China. We produce the hot-dip galvanized steel frame in-house, cutting and drilling to drawing, and supply covering materials, ventilation, cooling and irrigation systems as one coordinated package.
Send your growing area, span and length, crop type and local climate. If you already have a layout drawing, that is enough to start. Our engineers then return a quotation with a structure drawing and a bill of materials.
The hot-dip galvanized steel frame is designed for a 15-20 year service life in normal agricultural environments, with a double-sided zinc coating of 200-275 g/m². Film covers are replaced every 3-5 years, while glass and PC panels carry their own manufacturer warranties.
Yes. We customize span width, bay length, gutter height, covering material (film, PC sheet or glass) and ventilation configuration. Share your crop type, local climate and growing area, and our engineers will size the structure to match.
Four: poly film, insect net, shade net and polycarbonate sheet. Film is the usual vegetable cover, net suits a screening house, shade cloth is for summer and PC sheet for cold climates. The same arch carries all four.
Yes, and they are usually quoted with the house rather than after it. Cooling is pad, exhaust and circulation fans; irrigation is drip line or arrow drip; hydroponics covers vertical, NFT, fodder, A-frame and gutter systems.
